It’s never too early to practice yoga!

Bend and Breathe offers group classes, private sessions (at studio or your home), workshops, camps, and parties for kids ages 2-16!

Bend and Breathe yoga classes for kids include:

*imaginative theme exercises

Fun breathing exercises are an important component to every class.

These exercises teach children:
